The wildlife on the Outer Banks of North Carolina can be seen from Carova to Ocracoke...from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pamlico, Albemarle and Currituck Sounds. See Bald Eagles, Ospreys, and Pelicans soar high or watch the backyard songbirds like the Chickadee's, and Cardinals fly around your yard. Enjoy the beauty of a Whitetail Deer or a black bear standing in an open field, you might even see a coyote, fox, or bobcat running about. Take a walk along one of our salt marshes or maritime forests and keep your eyes open for those that stay low to the ground or in the waters edge like a Cottonmouth snake or Bullfrog.
Don't miss the beauty of the flowers, dragonfly's and all of the many spectacular sights the Outer Banks has to offer. I hope you will enjoy all of this as seen through my eyes.
